  It's quite good quite amazing for now good price with my current job it's a little bit expensive but overall I got a good place to stay in very friendly as well and very good staff as well and they're bilingual as well that's a 5 out of 5 rating can a drawbacks is if you make a bad payment you won't get a refund besides that is pet friendly place and the staff are very amazing too as well. I actually am considering working here they give me a chance or an open spot available I will recommend living here 10 out of 10 and it's a community area other than that I have no complaints

  We lived at The Flats for a period of time and one of the biggest positives we experienced was the incredible maintenance and sanitation staff. They are friendly, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to keep the property clean and well cared for. Any time we had a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and professionally. The grounds and common areas were kept tidy, and it was clear the staff took pride in their work. Their dedication made our time here much more pleasant and is a huge asset to the community.
