  A few years ago, when I was living in a condo, my HOA had this company out to provide an estimate for fixing a roof issue. They came promptly and were honest about the repair and cost, unlike another company before them that tried to pressure us into replacing the entire roof—even though it was only three years old! Eventually, the property manager reached out to the original roof installer, who honored the warranty. Although this company didn’t perform the work that time, their honesty left a strong impression. So, when I needed roof work for my own house, I reached out to them again. Their quote was very competitive, and even though I ultimately chose another roofer due to a preferred solution for a specific issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends. I’d also seriously consider working with them in the future!

  MDD does a great job! Took care of our roof very professionally. It was easy to communicate with them and they were helpful with material choices. Left the site job spotless clean! Super happy!!!!!

  I called MMD Exteriors & Remodeling when storms damaged the roof of our home in 2023. Daniel did a great job consulting us and helping us manage through the claim and inspection process with our insurance company. Lance helped us pick out the materials and managed the project after we got the green light from the insurance company, his crew took care of the roof in under 2 days! Gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later. This was overall a quick and pleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend MDD for anyone with any construction and remodeling needs.
