  Coachlight is amazing! John is great! Even though he was unable to assist with my chimney issue (due to distance), John took the time to provide incredibly valuable advice over the phone. He walked me through what to look for and gave me expert guidance on how to address my situation - all without charging me a dime. It's rare to find a business that's willing to help someone knowing they won't get paid for their time and expertise. His generosity and professionalism speak volumes about the quality of service his actual customers must receive. If you're in his service area, you'd be lucky to work with this company.   Right on time. After some basic questions, John got his gear and got to work. Very conscientious about cleanliness. He did not try to "upsell" or "scare" me on repairs. Excellent!!
