  I visited Northeast Ford Dealership on 12/29/25 looking for a new Subaru. I had no idea that I would be going home with a new car that very day. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and proactive in getting me to a place where I could purchase a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you!

  I have a 2020 Lincoln Aviator and I had a number of issues that other dealerships throughout the mid Atlantic and Northeast could not resolve. The last of these issues resulted in my car being towed to North East Ford while I was visiting friends in the Millerton area. This occured in 2025 and the technicians and service department were fabulous. They were the first to resolve a complicated issue. Communication was fabulous and I have not had a problem since my car was in their good hands. They worked closely with Lincoln headquarters to troubleshoot and powered through this. I can't say enough good things about this location. THANK YOU! One last note: I stopped by recently to ask a question about fluctuation in tire pressure and they took me right in and checked my tires and adjusted the pressure.

  Many buyers don’t like their car dealer. We all know the pain. But they haven’t met Northeast Ford. In all aspects they are the un-dealer. Everyone I met by phone, by email and in person were not only professional, honest, and helpful but also kind. I only bought a truck. They treated me like I bought 10. Hats off to Northeast the un-dealer.

  I love Northeast Ford !! My car broke down in Connecticut halfway between New Hampshire and Delaware on a trip to see my family. I was stranded and I called this small dealership and asked if they could help me and they helped me without hesitation. My car had been to another dealership for 3 and 1/2 hours the day before without a diagnosis or a repair. When I called this dealership they diagnosed the problem over the phone. They squeezed me into a busy week and they fixed my car properly. I don't think I'll ever forget the excellent service or the kindness.
