Charlottesville Glass & MirrorTrusted

From my initial call regarding a broken window on my house and a broken window on my out building, Charlottesville Glass and mirror roast the occasion. They did not hesitate to send out a representative to measure both windows and ensure the glass was repaired in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service! I really appreciate their attention to detail and replacement of both windows. I highly recommend CGM To everyone

A recent storm caused a tree limb to break free and crack my vinyl window. I received a couple of quotes for window replacement which were very high. I had used CGM before, but it had been a while. I wasn't sure if they repaired glass in vinyl windows, but they do! Thank goodness because it ended up being half the cost of replacement and the repaired window looks flawless. From the beginning to end the entire transaction was smooth & efficient. Everyone who I came into contact there were friendly. It only took them a day and a half to repair. Can't say enough. Simply outstanding!

Over the past several months, I have had Charlottesville Glass & Mirror take care of a couple of things at our home. The first being cutting glass tops for some new tables and more recently, doing some repairs on several different windows. Everyone that I have had any interaction with has been very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have arrived as scheduled, been respectful of our home, and have been very easy to work with. The quality of their work has been outstanding. Thus, I would certainly use their services again in the future.

Great to work with, scheduled installation kept, replacement glass looks great, installer’s pleasant

Top notch customer service, really excelled at some custom glass pieces I had done with them, went above and beyond to make sure they were exactly what I needed and stayed late to ensure I got them on time. Love them!!
